FAQ

Can I use the restroom during the game?

  • Unfortunately, it’s not possible to use the restroom during the game. You’re welcome to go before and after the experience. Only for House of Twisted Minds, restroom access is available afterward — so please make sure to use the toilet elsewhere before arriving for this experience.

Do parents need to go inside during a kids’ party?

  • No — during a kids’ party it’s not customary for parents to enter the room. We keep a close eye on the children and help them whenever needed. Parents are welcome to enjoy a drink at the bar and follow part of the experience on a tablet.

Can we get drinks at your location?

  • Yes, we have a café area where you’re welcome to enjoy a drink after your escape room. If you’d like to have a drink beforehand, please give us a call first so you don’t arrive to closed doors.

I’ve never done an escape room before — which one should I choose?

  • For families, I’d recommend starting with The Moneyhunters. For adults, I’d suggest beginning with The Time Machine, followed by The Lost Skull, and then The Crazy Mister Hunter. Of course, you’re also welcome to do them in a different order. You can always give us a call if you’d like some advice! After that, House of Twisted Minds.

Do you adjust the difficulty level of the escape room based on the group?

  • Yes, we do! We want everyone to enjoy themselves and get their brains working a little. For kids’ parties, we adjust the difficulty to match the children’s ages. For family groups, we look at the group’s composition so everyone has something to do. In the adult version, everyone really has to think hard!
kinderfeestje en kijken naar de samenstelling van het gezin, zodat iedereen wat te doen heeft. Bij de Volwassen variant moet iedereen heeeeeel goed nadenken.

  • The rooms are not designed to be scary, although everyone may experience them differently. Our staff can enter the room at any time if needed. So rest assured — the rooms are not scary!
